Our family blew out our radiator in the sand at Pacific City. This family showed up and made it happen, got out truck out and took our whole family home safe within hours. Gave our kids some toys to keep them happy and treated us like family. I recommend you call these guys first! Excellent people and we are very grateful!

Came all the way to Rockaway to tow cars after a wreck. The owner was the driver. Incredibly kind. Came out, asked if everyone was okay, seemed like he cared, listened to everyone talk then suggested his plan. Helped people empty cars and even took the special license plate off for one of us. Menefee Towing was TOP-NOTCH today! Broke a wheel on my Polaris RZR out in the middle of the dunes at Sand Lake and didn’t know what I was going to do. They showed up in 20 minutes and had that RZR back in my trailer in another 20. Worth ever penny. Spent more time just trying to find cell service. Thanks guys.

I had my Harley towed back to Portland after a breakdown and working with these guys was about as pleasant as a motorcycle breakdown can be. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, the process was painless, and most importantly to me, they actually tied my bike down correctly. I have seen a lot of nightmare motorcycle towing from non-motorcycle specific towing companies, and I was very pleased to not have to experience that with my bike. There are definitely more fun things to spend money on but as far as a broken bike in the woods becoming a broken bike in my driveway goes, I am pleased.

on a ride with my friend from Seattle too Salem and back up to coast. I put my full dress Haley Electra Glide ultra limited in a ditch near Tillamook. With no cell service I had to sit and stare at my most prized possession laying on its side in the ditch dreading what I was gonna find when we got it out while my friend rode to get service and call for help. He returned with the fellows from Menafee. They assured me that they would do their best to recover my bike without doing any further damage and shoe to their word they got it out With barely a scratch and we continued our ride for the next 400 miles. Needless to say I am forever grateful to Menafee towing for saving my bike and getting me on the road and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Also it was Sunday.Thanks again guys!!

Mark was the absolute best roadside assistance specialist I could have asked for. he came all the way from Cloverdale to Tillamook. When my car wouldn't just jump start because it was so dead, he went the extra mile. Mark checked my terminals for me and he made sure that my car did not die again when I turned on the lights. I was super stressed. He helped get me back on the road very quickly and all with kindness. If I could only give him five stars I would still go with 6. Thank you so much.

Words cannot describe how kind hearted and amazing of a person Paul is. I was driving from Salishan to Tillamook where my car kept running hot. I eventually came upon the tow shop where I asked if I could let my car sit for a bit while it cooled. Paul took it upon himself to not only check out my car, but also fix the hole where my coolant was leaking, add coolant, AND put in a little oil. I’m so happy I came across him. I had a drive back to Portland later that evening and he completely came to my rescue out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you Paul. I really owe you one.

We can not express our gratitude enough for Paul. A flat tire and a huge damper on our vacation was made better by fun conversation and a very kind heart. Paul towed our vehicle for an hour and a half to get us to where we needed to be. Usually an hour and a half with a complete stranger is grueling small talk, but Paul made it into a fun little tour of Oregon. Telling us about the history of the towns we drove through, and directing us to landmarks and fun local things we should do and try on the rest of our vacation. I must say, his recommendation for Dutch Brothers white coffee was amazing, and we wouldn't have known to try it otherwise! When our rental car company directed us to the wrong place, Paul graciously offered to tow us across town so we could try and get our car fixed there instead. At this new place, he offered up his own personal loyalty card so we didn't have to purchase one. Such a small act of kindness meant the world to us. We were having the worst day and Paul didn't have to be so kind, but he was. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe how Paul handled our situation that day. He helped us past just the towing of our vehicle. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us, and you don't usually see customer service like that anymore. Paul was such a helpful, hard working, kind soul, and from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate everything you did for us that day. If it were anyone else in that tow truck I guarantee our day would have been a lot worse. Thank you for everything, truly.

Family went to Pacific City to conquer the sand mountain. Parking was a mess as usual so we ended up heading on the beach. We realized our little ford focus couldn't handle the sand and tried to turn around before it was too late and still got stuck. The great team at Menefee helped get us back on the street.Thank you.
